Intelligent Tape Cleaning Box for Belt Washing

The intelligent belt cleaning box is equipped with an electrical control system, including an electrical control box, limit protector, and solenoid valve. The electrical control box, provided as a matching local electrical control box, should be reasonably and reliably designed with dustproof, waterproof, and anti-corrosion properties, with a protection rating not lower than IP65. The return belt cleaning box body is made of 304 stainless steel through sheet metal bending, with a thickness ≥3mm; the surface is treated with electrostatic spraying process, with a thickness of 50-200μm. The box is equipped with double-layer sealed doors, with display and operation devices installed on the inner door of the box (cabinet). The outer door has an observation window, and the manufacturing and installation process is exquisite and aesthetically pleasing. When strong power circuits, strong control circuits, and weak signal control circuits coexist in the control box (cabinet), the control devices, terminal blocks, and connecting wires of various circuits should be arranged separately, and measures should be taken to prevent strong power circuits from interfering with weak signal circuits, ensuring operational and maintenance safety. Sufficient maintenance space should be reserved inside the cabinet. Copper-core cables are used for power and control cables between the control box and the equipment. Terminals should have a 20% surplus. The control box and cables from the control box to the local equipment are provided by the supplier, with a default cable length of 50 meters; the specific length is determined based on the site conditions.

The stainless steel nozzles of the return belt cleaning box are evenly arranged, and the number of nozzles must meet on-site work requirements. The cleaning box interior uses three rows of scraper blades for cleaning: the first and second rows are made of tungsten carbide alloy, and the third row uses a flexible water-removing cleaner. The flexible water-removing cleaner is made of high-quality material, with polyurethane material having a Shore hardness of 90±5. Akron wear ≤40mm³, tensile strength ≥40MPa; tungsten carbide material has a hardness of HRC66~77 with a load of 50N. Each set of equipment uses no less than two sets of pressure rollers, including mounting brackets. The standard roller diameter for pressure rollers is ≥159mm.

• The return belt cleaning box integrates multi-stage cleaners, a water spray system, and an air-drying system. Belt spraying and material rinsing use independent water inlets and are separately controlled by the electrical control system. The belt cleaning box comes with a booster pump to ensure an outlet pressure of no less than 0.4MPa. It is equipped with a spray device, cleaning device, and belt drying device. The spray device reduces the adhesion of materials, the scraper blades inside the cleaning box scrape off attachments, and a high-pressure air knife is used to blow away the small amount of water remaining after scraping.
